We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

If Your Package Was Marked As "Delivered" But You Did Not Receive It

Courier delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and typically arrives the following day. 
Based on the courier used to ship, we recommend contacting your local USPS post office or the UPS Customer Center. Local courier offices will be able to provide quicker, more up to date service. If they have no information, if you filed a claim, or you have any other questions, please contact us. We are happy to assist with requests from the courier in their efforts to locate your package. 

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to our efficient order processing system. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
